Core Strength Is The Key To Total Body Strength

The strength of your core will determine how strong you'll be, if your core is weak you'll probably be weak.

Most men and women are usually just concerned with their looks and not so much about functional core fitness.

The great thing about using your own bodyweight is that you need to use your core to stabilize most types of bodyweight exercises.

A strong core will be beneficial to all types of sports and in your day to day duties.

For the men and women that have weak cores and complain about bad backs usually have brought this on themselves.

Today most men complain that they have bad backs and most will tell you they have bulging disc's, muscle spams, how can this be. Look a their GUTS no wonder they have back pain they walk around like a women nine months pregnant.

How are all these men coming up with bad backs ? Most men aren't doing any physical labor anymore. Are the weak cores coming from office jobs?

A back injury is the type of injury that doesn't come up in many tests so it's a great way to miss work and sit home and collect a check.

Basically what I'm saying that is the core is very important so train it for life long health and fitness.

The exercise- Tough as balls superman pushups using two medicine balls.

This is harder because of the medicine balls and the greater range of motion.
